I started as a cook. But As The Chef Gusteau from the Movie Ratatouille Says "Anyone can cook but only the fearless will be great"
Today, I’m a founder — but the chef in me still leads everything.
My journey took me from New York City to Delhi, through different kitchens, different cultures, and different ways of working. In New York, I learned speed and standards. In India, I learned resilience and scale. Along the way, I learned the hardest truth of hospitality:
Good food doesn’t build businesses,Systems do.
The Pass Project was born out of real service — opening restaurants, building menus, training teams, fixing broken kitchens, managing costs, and learning that passion alone doesn’t pay salaries.
I’ve stood on both sides — behind the stove and across the table.
As a chef, I understand creativity.
As a founder, I understand responsibility.
Today, The Pass Project exists to help others cross that same bridge — from idea to execution.
We work with restaurateurs, cafés, developers, and brands to build food businesses that function beyond opening day. Through consulting, concept development, pop-ups, and supper clubs, we bring structure to creativity and clarity to chaos.
