The Pass Project served as the hospitality consultancy partner for 12 Chutney from November 2025 to January 2026, leading the initial concept development and operational setup of the brand’s modern Indian dining experience in Kuwait. The consultancy engagement focused on menu innovation, kitchen planning, SOP development, workflow structuring, and guest experience strategy tailored for an international and Middle Eastern clientele.
